Complete edition Leo Kestenberg

In April 2009 a complete edition of the writings of Leo Kestenberg, including the correspondence, will start to be published by Rombach Verlag Freiburg.

This edition is performed under the patronage of the International Society for Music Education (ISME) and His Excellence, the Israeli Ambassador in Germany, Yoram Ben-Zeev.

The four volumes of the edition are edited by Wilfried Gruhn (Freiburg) in collaboration with Ulrich Mahlert (Berlin), Dietmar Schenk (Berlin) and Judith Cohen (Tel Aviv). The edition is sponsored by the Friedrich-Foundation, Hannover.

The editor would like to ask all persons who own manuscripts, letters or other unpublished texts by Kestenberg to contact him. He also wants to address all descendents of addressees of Kestenberg's correspondence to contact either the editor or the publisher for clarification of copyright issues.

Ele, também, gostaria de chamar todos os descendentes dos destinatários da correspondência de Leo Kestenberg, para que o procurem ou à Editora, para esclarecer a questão dos direitos autorais.
